Equipment Usage and Process Conditions Overview
- Equipment Usage: Continuous sintering of nickel-manganese ternary and other powder materials in an oxidizing atmosphere.
- Loading Method: Place the materials in a crucible, then place the crucible on a roller rod, and have the roller rod convey it. The crucibles are placed in three rows of double layers in the kiln.
- Kiln Atmosphere: Air. During the sintering process, the materials will produce a small amount of exhaust gases such as water vapor, and the exhaust gas contains weakly alkaline gases, but does not contain corrosive components such as halogens, reducing sulfur, etc.
