- The design of the rotary kiln cylinder for lithium carbonate takes into account the turning angles at the support points of the cylinder's deflection, thereby extending the service life of refractory bricks and castable materials; it ensures the conversion rate of material calcination, with the conversion rate of lithium olivine during roasting reaching over 98%, and the conversion rate of lithium mica during calcination reaching over 85%.
- Adopt large-diameter and small-length-to-diameter type bearing rollers to enhance reliability. The bearings are of self-aligning type.
- The lithium carbonate rotary kiln adopts a new type of open gear cover sealing system, which has excellent sealing performance.
- Spring-plate laminated flexible seal, with a double-layer spring plate seal and an additional insulation layer design, helps enhance the reliability and service life of the lithium carbonate rotary kiln.
