Professional thermal engineering analysis software was used to conduct dynamic simulation of the temperature field and gas flow field in the furnace, and the obtained data were combined with the years of experience of our company's thermal engineering experts to optimize the layout of the heating elements in the furnace, so as to achieve the best temperature field effect. The furnace body material uses fully lightweight refractory materials, with good insulation and sealing performance, and saves more than 15% electricity compared to traditional furnace types.
- Silicon anode (nanosilicon, silicon oxide (silicon dioxide), porous silicon) CVD gas-phase deposition carbon-coated rotary furnace
- Applicable materials: nanosilicon, silicon oxide (silicon dioxide), porous silicon
- Operating conditions: CVD gas-phase deposition carbon coating (one-time coating, two-time coating)
- Uniform carbon coating content: 1.6% - 22% (controllable and adjustable)
