
Roller Press Grinding Equipment
- After being crushed into small particles by the hammer crusher, the large pieces of material are sent to the storage bin by the elevator. Then, through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding pipe, the material is evenly delivered to the spreading plate on the upper part of the turntable. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material scatters to the periphery of the circle and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled and ground by the ring roller. After being processed through three layers of raceways, it turns into powder. The external air is drawn into the machine by the suction effect of the high-pressure fan and carries the crushed material into the classifier.
- Low investment and high efficiency: Compared with large-scale complete sets of equipment, investment is saved by 60%.
- Energy saving: It is currently one of the fine grinding equipment with low energy consumption, and the main motor power consumption is less than 100kW·h/t.
- Long service life of wearing parts: The grinding rollers and grinding rings are forged from special materials, which greatly improves the utilization rate. Under the same conditions of material and finished product fineness, the service life of wearing parts is 2-5 times longer than that of impact crushers and turbine pulverizers, generally reaching more than one year. When processing calcium carbonate and calcite, the service life can reach 1-5 years.
- High transmission efficiency: The main shaft is driven by a reducer, which has low energy consumption and high efficiency, with an efficiency of ≥96%. Compliance with environmental protection emission standards: Dust emission is less than 40mg/m3.
