Negative Pressure Feeder
The vacuum feeding machine is a negative-pressure feeding device characterized by sealed conveying, no dust leakage, and no cross-contamination. It adopts the principle of vacuum airflow conveying and is equipped with an internal pulse back-blowing device, achieving a high material separation rate. It can automatically control and complete the conveying and feeding of various powders, granules, and powder-granule mixtures into the hoppers of downstream equipment (e.g., mixers, packaging machines, crushers, injection molding machines). This greatly reduces workers’ labor intensity and solves the problem of dust overflow during feeding. Additionally, the equipment operates without vibration, with low noise, high efficiency, and energy savings, while having low operation and maintenance costs. It is an essential device for pharmaceutical and food factories to obtain GMP certification.
