Electromagnetic Separator
Purpose:
Ultra-fine separation equipment, capable of removing iron-based magnetic impurities in raw materials to the PPB level (one part per billion). During the production process of the product, if there is a slurry process, it is recommended to use the CS type electromagnetic separator for iron removal. The CS type electromagnetic separator is specifically designed to remove magnetic substances and impurities from slurry, mainly applied in fields such as food, pharmaceuticals, precision chemicals, ceramics, quartz sand, and high-purity quartz sand. Currently, it is widely used in the iron removal of lithium battery raw materials and has become an indispensable key equipment in the lithium battery field.

- Capable of removing fine magnetic substances in slurry.
- The slurry electromagnetic iron remover has both a regular type and a fully automatic cleaning type.
- The slurry equipment adopts the bottom-in-top-out form, with the screen layers adsorbing from bottom to top, resulting in good iron removal effect.
- The fully automatic cleaning type equipment is equipped with a fully automatic cleaning system, reducing labor and time costs.
- Due to the superior dispersion of slurry compared to powder materials, slurry can achieve the iron removal effect. Both room-temperature slurry and high-temperature slurry can be treated for iron removal using the CS type electromagnetic separator.
- Different mesh screens can be selected based on the fluidity of the material.
- During iron removal, it is necessary to use a solution to rinse the screen to remove the magnetic substances adhering to the surface of the screen.
