Mixer
The horizontal spiral mixer is driven by inner and outer diameter spirals installed on the stirring shaft to stir the materials inside the barrel, enabling the mixer to thoroughly stir the materials within a wide range. In terms of the structure of the mixer, the spirals are designed as interlocking reverse spirals both inside and outside, and left and right. During operation, the inner spiral drives the materials near the center of the shaft to rotate around the center axis, pushing from the inside to both sides axially. The outer spiral drives the materials near the barrel wall to rotate around the center axis, pushing from both sides to the inside. Thus, the materials inside the barrel undergo convection circulation and shear mixing, completing rapid and uniform mixing of the materials within a short period of time.
- Under the feasibility factors, the mixing effect of the horizontal spiral mixer is not affected by the size and density of the particles, and it also has a good mixing effect for viscous materials.
- The stable mixing process reduces the damage to fragile materials, and the added knife structure also plays a crushing role.
- The horizontal structure has a lower body height, making it convenient for installation.
- In the mixing structure, the forward and reverse rotating spirals are installed on the same horizontal axis, forming a low-power and efficient mixing environment.
